Please read the following Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") carefully. These Terms govern your access to and use of the RetouchPhoto.net service ("Service").
RetouchPhoto.net reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time. Please refer to this site periodically for any changes. By continuing to access or use the Service after RetouchPhoto.net makes any such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
SUBMISSIONS
You may electronically submit certain material to RetouchPhoto.net, including without limitation, photographic images, as part of your use of the Service ("Submissions").
Under these Terms, you agree that you will NOT submit any of the following material to RetouchPhoto.net:
Any threatening, defamatory, abusive, obscene, inappropriate or profane material or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law;
Any kind of illegal adult content;
Any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons (or their parents or legal guardians, where applicable) who are shown in the material if applicable;
Any material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any individual or group.
While RetouchPhoto.net is not responsible for, and does not comment on, the content of Submissions provided by RetouchPhoto.net customers, RetouchPhoto.net reserves the right to
Decline or delete the Submissions containing any of the material listed above;
Delete or deactivate the account of the customer submitting any of the material listed above;

COPYRIGHT NOTICE
Each image submitter is required by law to own the right to, or to obtain permission to, use and alter any image before the image is delivered to RetouchPhoto.net. At RetouchPhoto.net discretion and in appropriate circumstances, RetouchPhoto.net may delete or deactivate the accounts of customers who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY
All payments are to be made in favor of 2Checkout.com, Inc., an authorized dealer of the Service. The only acceptable way of the payment is use of 2Checkout.com, Inc. online credit card processing form.
Service payment is non-refundable, except the work is not fully completed within the timeframe specified in FAQ section. All questions, complaints, wishes and notes must be sent to and agreed with RetouchPhoto.net before the payment is made.
If RetouchPhoto.net fails to complete the work within the timeframe specified in FAQ section, and the customer does not agree to wait any longer, the full refund will be made.
LIMITED WARRANTY
RetouchPhoto.net produces consistent, premium quality custom digital image editing and output services. Quality is rigorously controlled and is guaranteed.
RetouchPhoto.net makes the following warranty and disclaims any other express or implied representations or warranties:
RetouchPhoto.net will execute its customers' clear and complete instructions in accordance with highest professional standards.
If the preview image presented by RetouchPhoto.net does not correspond to the instructions received by the customer, RetouchPhoto.net will redo the work at no additional charge.
LIMITED LIABILITY
RetouchPhoto.net is not liable for any consequential damages due to its failure to make any edits, delay in delivering work product, or any technical problem (including loss or destruction of files). RetouchPhoto.net liability shall be limited to the cost of image editing services. Customers always should keep a copy of the original image files. RetouchPhoto.net only retains customer image files for a period of 14 days after the order is completed.
