Some prices are given in a range, why?
The final price depends on complexity, quality and size of your image. Our designers should see your image before giving you the final price.
What does "price is per person/object" mean?
Example: you want to fix "red eyes" flash defect. Your photo may contain only one person (portrait) or several persons (family photo etc.) If we need to restore the natural eyes color of more than one person, the price will be multiplied by the number of persons on the photo.
Should I pay anything before I get the quote and see the preview of processed image?
No, you can receive the quote and small preview of processed (retouched) image ABSOLUTELY FREE. If you don't like what we did, you can either send us your comments or cancel your order.
I see your preview image and I don't like what you did, what's next?
Under preview image you will find big text box which allows you to explain what is wrong and send us your complaints. WE WILL REDO THE JOB ABSOLUTELY FREE.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal payments as well as all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club, JCB and all derivatives of these brands.
Is your payment form secure? Will my credit card info be stored in a safe place?

TIMING
I have uploaded my photo. When I will see the price and the proof?
Your order will be processed and preview image will be available within 24 hours. We don't process the orders during weekends, so the photos uploaded on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the next Monday.
I have paid the final amount . When my photo will be ready?
Your image will be ready within 24 hours. We don't process the orders during weekends, so if we have received your payment on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, it will be ready on the next Monday.
TECHNICAL QUESTIONS
What image format do you support?
We only support JPEG images.
My photo is saved as TIFF or RAW image. I don't want to loose the quality. What should I do?
You can convert your image into JPEG with highest quality level (lowest compression). If you're not sure how to do this, please contact us.
Is there any image size limitations?
The image size must not exceed 10 megabytes.
I want to receive two different resulting images from one photo, how do I do this?
The common rule is "one order - one resulting image". This means, if you want to use the same photo for different purposes, for example create an image looking like oil painting and another image looking like color pencil drawing, you will need to upload your photo twice and place two separate orders.
